We offer an extensive Property Management service to our clients, always
tailor made to their individual and unique requirements. We classify
the term “property management” in the broadest sense of the word; besides
the house, should there be a yacht or car; we also take care of them.
As you no doubt will be aware, dealing with Italian bureaucracy and
red tape can be problematic, particularly when first arriving and most
likely not speaking Italian perfectly. Our understanding the bureaucracy
is invaluable. We know what to do when certain problems occur; more
importantly, where to go. The objective of our service is to enable

score, football results and the weather forecast back home. Do not
despair; it is not hard to stay in touch, as all your usual UK channels
are available throughout central Italy. To receive UK TV in Italy
you will need a satellite receiver and its dish; we can advise you
where to get the necessary equipment.
The types of service we offer are listed above and are subject to
a mutually agreed Management Contract. Our service fees are of excellent
value enabling your property abroad to be a pleasure to own, and not
having to worry about its wellbeing.
Landscaping,
garden design & maintenance
Our landscaping service includes driveways, hard landscaping, fencing,
hedging and planting. Advice will be given on selecting the correct
plants for your garden and local species will be provided wherever
possible.
In addition we can supply all types of metal and wooden fencing and
gates. We have a local Artisan who specialises in traditional rustic
wooden fencing and gates typical of the Abruzzo and Marche regions.
We can advise and supply all types of evergreen and deciduous hedging,
both young and established container grown plants. Also we can supply
large specimens of Olive trees and Oleanders to help create an "instant
garden", these are plants which are widely planted throughout Italy.
We arrange for the upkeep of the garden in
your absence.
